Jennifer Fish
Mercer Administration Operations Manager

Jennifer Fish is the internal Operations Manager for Mercer Administration. She joined Marsh Advantage America in 2001 as a process engineer. During this time, she integrated continuous process improvement into the operational structure of the Administrative Center. She also focused on demonstrating the results of engaging employees in the identification of and deployment of re-engineering processes. She currently oversees internal operations, with a focus on quality assurance and process/structural design for the delivery of efficient, lower cost solutions delivery.

Jennifer received her engineering degree from Ohio University, and her masters in business administration from the University of Iowa.
