Sally A. Prather
National Advisory & Enterprise Practice Manager

Sally Prather is a National Advisory and Enterprise Practice Manager for Mercer Health & Benefits. In Sally's current role she is responsible for new product development and client retention activities for clients with fewer than 5000 employees. Prior to assuming this role, Sally was Marsh's Middle Market Practice Leader in Upstate New York.

Sally has been involved in client management for over 15 years, including the design, implementation and service of Employee Benefit Programs. In addition to her regional role, Sally is a Senior Advisor to a number of clients in the Upstate New York marketplace and has led the development of Mercer's HR administration platform in the Northeast.

Sally received her early training in employee benefits while employed as human resources benefits specialist. She has a bachelor of arts degree in Human Resources and is licensed in life, health, property and casualty insurance.
